Duet

Duet is a private assistant that sends its owner one short daily brief. It covers important unread email, upcoming calendar events and the health of the owner's own software.

What it does

• Checks Gmail for unread messages marked important and lists the sender, subject and time.
• Checks Google Calendar and adds upcoming events to the brief.
• Sends the brief to the owner in a private Telegram chat.

Duet only reads. It can't open email bodies, send email, or change email or calendar events.

Who can use it

Duet is a personal tool used by one person. It isn't offered to the public, and there is no sign-up.

Google data

Duet asks Google for two read-only permissions: email metadata (gmail.metadata) and calendar events (calendar.events.readonly). The privacy policy explains how that data is used, stored and shared.
